Weston Williamson + Partners is looking for a BIM manager to join its London office.

Weston Williamson + Partners is an award-winning international architecture and urban design practice recognised for design excellence, innovation, and the delivery of complex infrastructure and urban regeneration projects.

We’re looking for an experienced BIM manager to lead digital delivery across our UK and international projects.

Reporting to the global digital lead, you’ll shape BIM, computational, and digital innovation workflows, driving coordination quality, information management, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • lead implementation of BIM standards, QA/QC, and model coordination
  • manage federated models and ensure seamless information exchange across disciplines
  • mentor and support project teams in BIM best practice and digital skills
  • champion automation, scripting, and open BIM workflows (e.g. IFC, COBie, Speckle)
  • support the integration of computational and visualisation tools to improve efficiency and design quality

About you:

  • eight plus years’ experience delivering large, multidisciplinary projects in a BIM environment
  • advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks; knowledge of ISO 19650 and CDE workflows
  • proven ability to prepare and manage BEPs, EIRs, and related digital documentation
  • strong leadership and communication skills, with attention to detail and a solutions-driven mindset
  • awareness of Bentley platforms, computational design tools (Dynamo, Grasshopper, Rhino.Inside), and real-time visualisation (Enscape, Twinmotion, Unreal)
