- analyse website performance (traffic, SEO) and make strategic improvement recommendations
- produce engaging copy and visual content for daily/weekly social media posting (reels, stories, carousels, LinkedIn updates, project showcases, behind-the-scenes etc.)
- lead the submission of design projects to yearly design awards, developing professional write-ups in the studio’s tone of voice
- proactively ensure the studio’s projects are submitted to UK and international awards
Studio support and office management:
- support the team with office management tasks, including monitoring office supplies stock levels, ordering materials for projects and managing post, couriers and deliveries
- assist the team with booking international and domestic travel and managing itineraries
- support with onboarding new team members.
- responsible for organising weekly team activities and larger social events, ensuring a positive team culture and opportunities for the team to come together
- maintain an organised, welcoming and well-presented studio environment at all times
- assist the design director with ad-hoc administrative tasks and diary management where required
Skills and experience:
- minimum 2 years’ experience in a social media, studio assistant, office management or marketing role (ideally within design, architecture, hospitality, or creative industries)
- strong knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn best practices, analytics and growth strategies
- strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platform
- excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across varied tasks
- confident communicator online, in writing and in person
