Senior landscape designer
at LEOS
LEOS International is seeking a senior landscape designer to join its team in Dubai, UAE.
Key responsibilities:
- lead the design and development of landscape concepts, masterplans, public realm strategies, and detailed technical packages
- coordinate with internal teams and external consultants across all project stages
- ensure all designs comply with Dubai Municipality, DDA, RTA, and other relevant local authorities’ regulations
- prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal reviews and authority submissions
- oversee production of landscape drawings, planting plans, hardscape details, and tender documentation
- mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices and design standards
- participate in site reviews, design workshops, and quality assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle
- confidently work with Revit as part of BIM workflows, ensuring models are accurate and aligned with project requirements
Requirements:
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture or related field
- minimum 7–10 years of professional experience, with at least 3-5 projects experience in Dubai or the wider GCC region
- proven experience delivering medium to large-scale developments in Dubai
- strong understanding of UAE local regulations, authority submission processes, and construction standards
- proficiency in Revit is essential; skills in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite are advantageous
- excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
- ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver high-quality work
