Architectural visualisation producer
at Eleven
Eleven Visualisation is hiring an architectural visualisation producer to join its team in London.
We are a boutique, design-led architectural visualisation studio based in London, partnering with architects and developers to create still imagery and animations for both design development and marketing.
With a busy pipeline and growing client base, we’re looking for someone to own project information flow – from first drawings through to final client comments – so our artists can focus on doing their best creative work.
The role
You’ll sit at the centre of each project, acting as the bridge between clients, modellers and 3D artists. You’ll use your architectural understanding to collect, organise and check information, and your project skills to keep everyone aligned and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
Client brief and information intake:
- collect architectural information from clients: drawings, models, material schedules, design guidelines, reference imagery, branding etc
- clarify scope, deliverables, deadlines and expectations at the start of each project
- identify missing or unclear information and request it promptly from the client
Information organisation and handover. Sort and structure all project information into clear, logical packages for:
- 3D modellers – with all relevant plans, elevations, sections, models and key dimensions
- 3D artists – with material schedules, lighting intent, mood/reference imagery, brand guidelines and camera notes
- maintain an easy-to-access project hub (Miro + Google Sheets) for each job, with everything clearly named and versioned
- create simple written briefs/checklists so artists know exactly what they’re working on when they pick up a task
Model and content coordination:
- review 3D models against drawings for completeness and basic accuracy before they go to the artists
- answer day-to-day questions from modellers and artists about the design, drawings and materials – and escalate to the client when needed
- track which assets (models, textures, references) are approved and which are still WIP or pending
Client feedback and revisions:
- collect client comments from emails/markups/meetings and translate them into clear, actionable task lists for the artists
- group and prioritise comments (1st round, 2nd round, critical vs “nice to have”) and manage version control of images/animations
- ensure feedback has been addressed before sending updated work back to the client
Project management:
- build and manage simple schedules for each project, tracking key milestones and deadlines
- flag risks early (e.g. late information, scope creep) and propose realistic solutions
- help maintain a consistent level of quality and presentation across all deliverables
About you:
- background in architecture
- strong ability to read and understand architectural drawings and material schedules
- familiar with 3D visualisation workflows (you don’t have to be a senior artist, but you should understand the basics of modelling → lighting → texturing → rendering → post)
- comfortable communicating with architects, developers and internal artists
- highly organised: you enjoy naming things properly, tidying folders, and turning chaos into clear structure
Confident using digital tools like:
- architecture related – 3ds Max / Revit / Rhino / SketchUp / AutoCAD
- project/task management – Miro
- cloud storage Dropbox / OneDrive
- basic Office – Docs / Sheets / Powerpoint
Good to have:
- experience working in an architectural practice, architectural visualisation studio or design studio
- experience producing or managing marketing imagery for architecture / property
What we offer:
- chance to shape a key role in a small, growing studio
- close work with experienced artists and high end projects
- friendly, collaborative team environment
- hybrid working solution after the 3-month probation period
- gym benefits
How to apply
Please send your CV, a short cover letter, and any examples that show your ability to organise complex information (e.g. project packs, documentation, diagrams) to [email protected] with the subject line “Producer”.
