This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience on nationally significant, award-winning projects while developing your design, technical and professional skills within a supportive, inclusive practice.

About us

We are a thriving architectural design practice based in central London, working nationally across cultural, education and housing sectors. Our projects range from theatres and cinemas to conservation, community regeneration and masterplanning.

We believe in architecture that delivers long-term social and environmental value; and in nurturing the next generation of architects through mentoring, responsibility and collaboration.

You’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas, build confidence, and take ownership of your professional development; including structured support towards Part 3 and PEDR completion.

You’ll ideally have:

  • strong design, presentation and communication skills
  • a collaborative and positive approach
  • some knowledge of UK Building Regulations
  • a commitment to sustainable design principles
  • experience producing technical drawings and details
  • professional experience using CAD software (Revit preferred, Vectorworks desirable)
  • proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and visualisation software
  • a willingness to learn, take initiative and grow

What we offer:

  • hands-on experience on high-quality, nationally recognised projects
  • structured professional development, including Part 3 support including fees and PEDR mentoring
  • flexible working hours and hybrid working
  • a friendly, inclusive and supportive studio culture
  • regular office socials and team events
  • competitive salary based on experience
