Mid-weight interior designer

Stellar & Co. is seeking a mid-weight interior designer to join its team in London.
We are a small and friendly design studio and we’re looking for a mid-weight Interior designer with three plus years’ of experience in a design studio or similar. The role requires good technical and drawing ability, experience of FF&E, good organisational skills, and a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
Key requirements:
- excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Indesign
- proven experience and good knowledge of detailed bathroom, joinery and furniture design
- proven experience of functional and high quality designs for residential work
- experience of projects from concept to completion
- managing FFE specifications and procurement
- managing budgets within Excel spreadsheets
- managing project schedules
- liaison with contractors and clients
- strong organisational skills
- enthusiastic and friendly attitude
- ability to multi-task and work well in a small design-led studio
Please note this is a contract role for up to 12 months.
