Part 2 architectural assistant/architect

John Finch Partnership is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant/architect to join its team either part-time or full-time in Essex, UK.
Several exciting projects have started in the office, so we are looking to expand our team, and this is a great opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on experience covering all the RIBA Workstage’s.
Applicants must be able to travel to Chelmsford however a limited provision for remote working can be arranged based on the candidates’ circumstances.
Suitable applicants should meet the following criteria:
- must be eligible to work in the UK
- minimum three years’ post-Part 2 experience working in the UK
- experience working with the UK planning system and building regulations
- excellent graphic and verbal presentation skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop and InDesign
- experience using Revit is preferable but not essential
