Lambs and Lions is seeking an experienced senior interior designer to join its growing Berlin studio.

We craft bespoke interiors for high-end hospitality and residential projects worldwide, including restaurants, boutique hotels, and private residences. Each interior is conceived in dialogue with architecture, guided by proportion, material integrity, lighting, and spatial experience.

This role calls for a designer with conceptual clarity, spatial sensitivity, and a refined understanding of how interiors shape the way people live and experience luxury spaces.

Responsibilities:

• lead and demonstrate a strong conceptual design approach, with the ability to develop clear design narratives and translate them into cohesive, high-quality spaces
• contribute to the design development of large-scale, high-end residential and hospitality projects
• work as part of a dedicated team within our interior design studio
• manage and integrate input from consultants, contractors, and fabricators to deliver fully coordinated drawing packages
• apply your expertise in interior design and luxury hospitality to ensure that every spatial, material, and lighting decision aligns with the design intent
• create accurate technical drawings, schedules, and detailed documentation in line with the Lambs and Lions design standards
• oversee mock-ups, and on-site implementation to ensure quality, and refinement throughout the project

Requirements:

• master’s degree in interior architecture
• minimum five years’ of professional experience with a strong portfolio in high-end hospitality or residential projects
• excellent technical drawing and detailing skills, with a refined knowledge of materials, finishes, and craftsmanship
• proficiency in ArchiCAD, Rhino, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite
• understanding of the Lambs and Lions design philosophy
• fluency in English; German is a plus but not required
