Fusion Design and Architecture is hiring a middleweight interior designer to join its team in London.

About us
We are a London-based interior design studio founded in 1998, specialising in hospitality projects in the UK and overseas. We’re a close-knit team of around 15 and known for our professional but personal approach. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do; we build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and each other to deliver design that works and spaces that inspire.
The role
We’re looking for a creative and technically minded Middleweight Interior Designer with a love of hospitality design to support our team across multiple projects, from concept through to completion.
Responsibilities include:
- concept and presentation: developing concepts, mood boards and 3D visuals for F&B spaces
- technical drawings: producing 2D drawing packages (plans, elevations, sections and joinery details) in Vectorworks
- FF&E and sourcing: researching and sourcing furniture, fixtures and finishes, and liaising with suppliers
- project support: preparing schedules, specifications and presentation materials for client meetings
- site coordination: attending site visits and supplier meetings to support delivery and maintain design quality
About you
You’ll be confident, proactive and keen to learn, happy working independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
You’ll also have:
- a degree in interior design or interior architecture
- full proficiency in Vectorworks and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
- a solid understanding of UK building regulations and drawing standards
- an ability to manage workload and meet internal and external deadlines
- a basic understanding of project programmes, costs and budget awareness
good supplier and product knowledge, including FF&E and finishes - impeccable and concise communication skills, both written and spoken
- strong graphic and presentation skills
- a team player who is adaptable and enthusiastic to further develop their career in a well-respected studio
