Part 2 architectural assistant

Michael Tarring Architects is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its studio in London.
We are an award-winning boutique design led practice looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join its team and work on a number of exciting design led residential projects.
Whether you have recently graduated or have several years post Part 2 experience, the right candidate will have a passion for high quality design and possess a rounded skill set with a willingness to contribute to every stage of the design process from concept to completion.
The role will be to support on projects at concept design stage, the submission of planning applications and construction packages whilst assisting live projects on site, providing the opportunity for you to take increasing ownership of the projects.
As a small studio working on high profile projects, you will work closely alongside the director in a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages professional growth and personal development, while providing exposure to all design stages.
Candidates need to be fluent in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Design Suite, ideally on Apple Mac, with strong design, 3D visualisation and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have post Part 2 experience of working on residential projects in the UK.
Salary will be based on skills and experience.
Our offices are in Blackhorse Lane, Walthamstow, London.
Start date is as soon as possible.
