Carlo Ratti Associati is looking for a talent acquisition specialist to join the team in Turin.
This role is a transversal Group position, dedicated to sourcing and hiring a wide range of profiles across all CRA Group companies, from architecture and design to technology and operations.
Key responsibilities:
- manage end-to-end recruitment processes across different teams and companies within the Group
- work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
- actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
- screen applications and coordinate interviews
- ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- support talent pipelines and ongoing hiring needs across the Group
Requirements:
- two to five years’ of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- strong sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple roles
- good communication and stakeholder management skills
- fluent in English and Italian
- preferable to have experience abroad
