Ungar Architects has an opportunity for a freelance Post-Part 3 architect for its London team.
Contract: three months
Location of projects: South East London and Kent, although location negotiable
Rate: negotiable DOE/immediate start
We are looking for an experienced architect to assist with an exciting and varied mix of work: multi-unit residential planning applications and a unique one-off house and RIBA Stage 4/5 detailing for commercial projects (gyms, restaurants, offices).
Must-haves:
- excellent fluency in Microstation
- strong grasp of the UK Planning Application process/reports
- experience with Building Regulations for flats
- Archicad experience would be a bonus
