J&Z Construction is hiring a construction project manager to join its team in London.

London based construction company is looking for a highly organised individual, ideally with an architectural/construction background who wants to focus his career in Construction Project Management.

The role would cover:

  • project planning and delivery
  • budget and cost control
  • stakeholder and client management
  • contractor and subcontractor coordination
  • health and safety compliance
  • risk management
  • scheduling and reporting
  • relevant qualifications and experience

Requirements:

  • proven experience in project management within the construction industry
  • strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery
  • experience managing project budgets, programmes and resources
  • ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers
  • sound understanding of health and safety regulations and industry best practices
  • excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desirable:

  • professional qualification in project management, construction management  or a related discipline
  • experience delivering residential projects
  • Polish language skills would be an advantage but are not essential
  • remuneration: subject to experience
