  • draft, edit and publish project stories, press releases and blog posts
  • create and manage high-quality visual content (e.g., photography, graphics, visualisers)
  • maintain and update the Orms website to ensure fresh, relevant content
  • manage a content calendar for consistent communication

Social media and digital engagement:

  • plan, create and schedule content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • monitor engagement, respond to comments and participate in industry conversations
  • analyse performance metrics and provide insights for strategy improvements

Press and awards:

  • coordinate award submissions and ensure deadlines are met
  • prepare award entries in collaboration with internal teams and external specialists
  • support media outreach and assist in drafting press releases
  • coordinate attendance at awards events, managing logistics and invitations

Events and thought leadership:

  • assist with planning and promoting Orms’ participation in industry events, lectures and exhibitions
  • collaborate on presentations and materials for speaking engagements

Skills and experience:

  • a passion for architecture, design and storytelling
  • strong writing and editorial skills to craft compelling content for various audiences
  • experience with managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
  • proficiency in website management (CMS) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Photoshop)
  • excellent organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with clients, team members and industry professionals

Personal qualities:

  • confident communicator with a natural storytelling ability
  • enthusiastic, detail-oriented and motivated to learn and develop
  • a proactive, collaborative team player who takes initiative
  • capable of prioritising tasks while maintaining high standards

Working hours and flexibility

Standard working hours are 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, but we are open to flexible hours and the potential for a part-time role upon request. If you require specific arrangements, we are happy to discuss options that work for you.
