Carlos Zapata Studio is seeking an intermediate architect to join its team in New York.
Carlos Zapata Studio, an award-winning design firm, is seeking intermediate project architects to work in our Soho office. Architectural license preferred, at least five to seven years’ of full-time experience, and experience with commercial, hospitality and mixed use projects a must. Responsibilities include production and coordination of projects from concept design through construction documents.
Candidate must also have strong visualization skills and familiarity with these programs:
- AutoCAD (must)
- Adobe programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier (must)
- Microsoft Office programs
- Rhino 3D (must)
- Revit (preferable)
- Twinmotion (preferable)
Must have knowledge of International Building Code (IBC).
