Russell + May Associates is seeking an architect/architectural technologist in London.

Greenwich based practice has a varied workload, including extensions and alterations, new build one-off houses, larger residential schemes that include social housing, schools, student housing, commercial leisure developments, offices, pubs, hotels and some mixed use.

We provide services for all stages of work from planning through to completion.

We seek applicants that can demonstrate the following:

• a good working knowledge of the planning process
• UK building regulation
• excellent technical and computer skills
• knowledge of all relevant statutory legislation
• job running experience
• good communication skills with experience of dealing with clients through to contractors

A professional and flexible approach will also be required. Working as part of a small team, you must be self-motivated and self-reliant with the ability to work well with others. There is a good opportunity for progression within the practice for the right candidate.
