Part 3 architect or experienced Part 2 architectural assistant
at Greenway Architects
Greenway Architects is seeking a Part 3 architect or experienced Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
We are a design-led practice who specialise in the design and implementation of unique high quality homes for private owner occupiers. Our projects consist of new build and substantial refurbishment schemes across central London and the surrounding counties. We offer a strong emphasis on Interiors as well as the architecture and take pride in the high level of detail produced across all elements of a project.
The successful candidate will be based in our London studio full time. We are located a short walk from Hampstead underground station in a high quality modern and spacious studio environment.
This is an opportunity to work on exciting residential projects through all RIBA work stages providing valued on-site project experience and seeing jobs through from inception to completion.
Required qualifications and experience:
- ARB registered Architect OR Part 2 (with min. three years’ post-Part 2 experience)
- UK project experience in the residential sector essential
- experience working across all RIBA work stages
- experience in working with traditional JCT contracts
- good knowledge and experience of UK building regulations and planning procedures
Technical skills:
- Vectorworks, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
- excellent design and presentation skills
- excellent organisational skills, time management and versatility
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- salary will be commensurate with ability and experience.
