TEO Architects is seeking a talented Part 3 architect or experienced Part 2 architectural assistant to join its growing studio in London.

The role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part 3 architect or experienced Part 2 to join our team.

This is an opportunity for someone passionate about high-quality design, technical excellence and seeing projects through from concept to completion.

You will work across all RIBA stages, taking ownership of projects while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, contractors and the wider studio.

Our current projects range from residential developments and bespoke private homes to heritage refurbishments, small-scale mixed-use developments and community schemes.

What you’ll be doing

  • developing projects from early concepts through to technical design and construction
  • producing drawings, presentations and visual material that communicate ideas clearly
  • leading client meetings, presentations and design workshops
  • coordinating technical packages and construction information
  • working closely with consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders
  • undertaking regular site visits and helping maintain design quality throughout construction
  • supporting junior members of the studio
  • contributing to design reviews and the wider creative culture of the practice

Skills and experience

We are looking for someone with:

  • ARB registration, eligibility for UK registration, or Part 2 qualification with a minimum of three years’ post-Part 2 experience
  • experience working across RIBA stages, including project delivery and construction
  • experience working across JTC contract
  • strong design ability and excellent attention to detail
  • sound technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, CDM requirements and construction detailing
  • excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills
  • strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • experience coordinating consultants and technical information;
  • confidence communicating with clients, consultants and collaborators
  • strong presentation and organisational skills
  • the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
  • enthusiasm for design quality, sustainability and innovation
