Architect/experienced Part 2 architectural assistant

Urbanist Architecture is seeking a qualified architect or experienced Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in Greenwich, London.

Important: Advanced ArchiCAD competency is essential, together with a minimum of three years’ UK experience working across RIBA Stages 3, 4 and 5.

The role

As a qualified architect or experienced Part 2 architectural assistant, you will join our architectural team, working closely with our creative director and gaining first-hand exposure to design leadership shaped by extensive professional experience, while collaborating with our town planning colleagues from initial concept through to completion.

From your very first day, you will join our small and friendly architecture practice based in Greenwich, where you will contribute to delivering exceptional design solutions for a wide range of projects, including high-end refurbishments and new build housing schemes in London and across the UK.

About you

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and detail-oriented qualified architect or experienced Part 2 architectural assistant with strong technical design abilities, a keen eye for detail and a passion for residential architecture.

You should already be an advanced ArchiCAD user with a minimum of three years’ UK experience across RIBA Stages 3, 4 and 5, including developing design strategies, producing detailed tender and construction packages, and coordinating information with consultants and contractors.
