  • develop and maintain coordinated Revit model

  • incorporate design changes and consultant information into architectural models and drawing packages
  • coordinate architectural information with structural, MEP, fire, acoustic and other specialist consultants
  • identify coordination issues and support the wider team in resolving them

  • contribute to the development and improvement of Revit standards, templates and working methods within the team

Requirements:

  • RIBA Part 1 or Part 2 qualification, or equivalent architectural qualification

  • good working knowledge of Revit, with an interest in developing advanced Revit skills
  • understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction principles
  • ability to interpret and coordinate information from different design disciplines
  • good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary project team
  • clear communication and willingness to learn from senior members of the team
  • ability to manage tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for:

  • a technically curious designer who wants to understand how design is translated into construction
  • strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to drawing production
  • confidence working in Revit and an interest in BIM and digital design workflows
  • a proactive approach to coordination and problem-solving
  • an interest in developing knowledge of materials, construction systems and architectural detailing
  • someone comfortable receiving guidance while gradually taking greater ownership of packages and project responsibilities

What we offer :

  • a collaborative and supportive working environment
  • professional growth and development within a dynamic, forward-thinking business
  • competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
