Junior landscape architect

Snøhetta is hiring a junior landscape architect to join its team in Oslo.

This is a six-month temporary position with the opportunity for permanent employment thereafter.

Snøhetta is a transdisciplinary, dialogue-driven practice integrating architecture, landscape architecture, interior architecture, and product design. With more than 200 employees from 40 nationalities across six regional studios, we reflect the societies and cultures in which we operate. Our Oslo studio works on projects across Europe and the Middle East, striving to promote sustainability in all its facets.

We are now looking for a talented Junior Landscape Architect to join our team in Oslo. As a Landscape Architect at Snøhetta, you will be welcomed into an open, flat-structured, and transdisciplinary team. You will be involved in international projects and given interesting challenges and learning opportunities. Formal requirements and competence:

  • professional degree in landscape architecture
  • conceptual thinking and exceptional design sensibility
  • experience with sustainable urban design solutions, planting and ecology
  • experience working in multidisciplinary teams
  • experience creating and participating in client presentations
  • excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English

Required technical competence:

  • excellent AI, digital, and software skills
  • we work with software such as Rhino, Revit, xFigura, and Spacio
