Benjamin West is seeking a procurement project manager to join its office in London.
Benjamin West is the world’s leading FF&E and OS&E procurement agent and we are currently looking for an experienced project manager to join our Shoreditch-based team. We have a diverse and growing portfolio, including five star and super luxury hotels, high end serviced apartments and cruise liners, stretching across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
You will have a proven track record in successfully delivering complex projects with budgets up to £9 million. An attention to detail is vital to the role and strong communication skills will also be required. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a number of hospitality projects at any one time, whilst delegating to project coordinators and assistants and for leading in the development of their roles within the team.
Day to day, the role involves all aspects of a moving project – compiling detailed budgets, negotiating with suppliers, reporting to the wider client team and ensuring that our core values of accuracy, integrity and reliability are adhered to.
The role comes with a salary commensurate with experience, 22 days annual leave, contributory pension and discretionary bonus. We are based in the heart of Shoreditch and are a dog friendly office.
