Laplace is seeking an interior architect to join its team in Paris.

Laplace is seeking a motivated, talented and ambitious interior architect with a minimum of six years’ of professional experience to work in its Paris office on high-end residential architectural and interior projects.

Candidates will assist our project teams in our high-end architectural and interior design projects and should be excellent team players.

Profile:

• brings a distinctive design vision with a flair for creativity and innovation
• is passionate about architecture and interior architecture, with a thoughtful and sensitive approach to design
• has a strong understanding of contemporary art
• has demonstrated experience on high-end residential projects and/or museums
• is able to develop and clearly present strong architectural concepts
• shows a keen interest in architectural detailing, interior fit-outs and bespoke furniture, with a desire to keep learning
• is highly proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino and Enscape
• is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office for graphic visualizations and final presentations
• produces construction details, architectural plans, schedules, specifications and other documents for contractors and trades
• can track project changes and communicate effectively with contractors and consultants
• is confident, organized, detail-oriented and proactive
• demonstrates strong technical and presentation skills
• is diligent and rigorous, prioritizes effectively and manages their time well

Employment requirements:

• six to eight plus years’ of relevant professional experience
• holds an EU passport
• based in Paris or able to relocate at short notice
• fluent English is mandatory, with proficiency in French
• Spanish proficiency is an advantage but not essential
• previous experience in UK would be an advantage
