Earlswood Homes is looking for an architect to join its office, based in Surrey, UK.
We are a privately owned award winning, Surrey-based developer looking for an architect to head up and expand our in-house planning team. Ideally the candidate will have extensive residential project experience.
The candidate will handle our in-house planning from concept through to delivery for over 100 bespoke units pa.
Other key requirements as follows:
- ARB registered architect
- a minimum of three years’ UK experience working on residential projects
- outstanding technical skills
- extensive planning experience with an interest in design
- experience in current building regulations and British Standards
Candidates will be offered an attractive salary of £35,000 – £50,000 in accordance with their experience.
