Part 1/Part 2 architectural assistant

Context Architecture is currently looking for a Part 1 or Part 2 architectural assistant to join its office in London.
We are a small practice looking for motivated individuals who have the ability to work within a design team, and also able to work independently. Please visit our website to learn what we do.
We are seeking applicants with the following qualifications, qualities, and experience:
- at least a Part 1 UK qualification
- confident, with good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- proficient at using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
- excellent design and presentation skills, including hand drawings
- able to use CAD, Microstation preferred but not essential
- strong 3D skills to produce working models and rendered images
- prior experience working in a practice helpful but not essential
- demonstrable technical experience
- interest in construction and materiality
- site experience or exposure welcomed
- a proactive approach to working, with the ability to take the initiative
- good written and speaking communication skills, fluency in speaking and writing English will be essential
- candidates must have the right to work in this country
