Mid-level FF&E/interior designer
StudioLuxBerlin is looking for a mid-level FF&E/interior designer to join its practice in Berlin.
Internationally operating design studio is seeking mid-level/senior FF&E designer to strengthen our team.Our focus is in interiors and lighting for high-end hospitality projects in all sizes and locations ranging from Europe to the Middle-East and Asia.
The ideal candidate will have:
- interior design or architecture degree
- minimum four-six years international professional experience, preferably in high-end hospitality
- knowledge of the current market trends and technical knowledge of materials
- solid experience in project documentation from conceptual phase to the completion of the project
- proficiency in AutoCad, Photoshop, InDesign, Word, Excel
- ability and experience to respect and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive and productive environment
- fluency and professional proficiency in English, spoken and written
Role and responsibility:
- working as part of a team, FF&E designer is responsible for sourcing and specifying of all FF&E, creating schedules and cut sheets
- managing spreadsheets for any budget requirements
- communication and meeting with existing and new suppliers and manufacturers
- supporting the rest of the team with documentation
The candidate must be able to provide samples of previous work and/or references to completed projects.
