Studio Spicer is seeking an associate architect to join its team in Stratford-upon-Avon, UK. 

• lead architect role, across one or multiple projects, carrying out duties of project architect to an exemplar standard
• overview and management of multiple projects, managing project architects and/or assistants
• oversee and manage office and clients/projects in absence of director/partner
• lead contact to client across multiple projects
• efficiently manage a small team of architects and assistants on a single project and/or across multiple projects, including day to day management, work flow and checking of information completed to agreed time programmes
• maintain client relationships and develop these to expand existing projects to further appointments or scope of works
• ensure work on multiple projects is being undertaken accurately, the scope of works is being completed within fee and time frames
• ensure client satisfaction and build client relationships
• lead consultation and communication with public bodies, council and parish communities
• oversee quality management in the practice and ISO Strategy
• minimum five years’ post-Part 3 experience
