Recently qualified Part-III architect/experienced Part-II assistant
SIRS is currently recruiting for a recently qualified Part-III architect/experienced Part-II assistant – minimum two years experience post graduation to join its London-based studio.
The candidate will work on cultural, residential and healthcare projects in the UK and abroad.
Required skills and responsibilities:
- ability to work independently, to lead projects and experience in liaising with external design team consultants
- familiar with the UK planning process and having previously completed a project throughout all RIBA stages 0-7 incl. technical design, tender and construction
- strong design, leadership, coordination, communication and time management skills
- good knowledge of detailing, construction techniques and building codes
- RIBA Part II/III or equivalent
- excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English
- very good knowledge of ArchiCAD
- hold all relevant permits to work in the UK
Salary dependent on skills and experience. Full time position starting immediately.
