Experienced interior designer

ALT-254 is looking for a highly motivated interior designer for its office in Hong Kong, China.
With multiple projects over multiple countries, ALT-254 needs an interior designer that:
- loves their profession

- eager to be given responsibility
Role and responsibilities:
- develop creative concepts, mood boards, preliminary and final designs
- craft presentations
- develop detailed designs, materials, and FF&E specifications
- produce CAD drawing packages of GA plans, finishes plans, and RCPs, as well as lighting and bespoke joinery details
- produce product specification documents
- client, contractor and supplier liaison
- overseeing site meetings with contractors and clients
Requirements:
- minimum of three years of working experience, preferably within the hotel sector
- extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign and Rhino/SketchUp
- extensive knowledge of materials finishes FF&E and lighting
- excellent written and communication skills in English. Cantonese and Mandarin are also preferred
