WaM Architecture is looking for Part 1 architectural assistants to join its creative team in Windsor, UK.
WaM Architecture specialises in works up to planning with an established reputation in delivering outstanding planning approvals. We have an expert knowledge in unlocking complex sites from early capacity studies through detailed planning applications on a variety of building types in a variety of sectors. We are fortunate to be working on a number of significant heritage assets as well on large scale residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.
What we are looking for in all prospective candidates:
- enthusiastic and team player, must have good sense of humour, be personable and sociable
- excellent visual and verbal communication
- good work ethic and willingness to grow/learn
- good productivity/high level of output/quick decision making
- you will be required to have excellent time management
We are looking for candidates with excellent visualisation and presentation skills to work on a variety of exciting projects in London and the Home Counties. We have a vast array of exciting projects ranging from Grade 1 Listed Heritage Assets through to masterplanning so we can offer a huge variety of experience.
Essential skills:
- English fluency (written and spoken)
- PC based
- 2D AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- V-Ray
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- Illustrator
