Bryan O’Sullivan Studio is hiring a mid-weight designer in London.
The position is open to qualified designers with minimum three years’ experience working on hospitality projects. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious interior designer to work on a variety of exciting hospitality projects. Bryan O’Sullivan Studio works on a combination of high end residential and hospitality projects throughout Europe.
Technical competency and ability to deliver high end projects to a specified budget and timescale is required. Knowledge of UK project procurement and building regulations is desirable.
Experience/knowledge required:
- degree or equivalent in interior design
- analytical, creative and accurate with the ability to deliver technical detailing and preparation of tender/construction packages
- target driven, self-motivated and able to work well in a team
- minimum of three years’ experience in similar role
- experience in creating design presentations, communicating ideas to clients and the rest of the team
- organised and demonstrable time management skills
- positive attitude, flexible, helpful and enthusiastic
- excellent communication and organisational skills. Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
- proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and InDesign
