Fatkin is looking for a Part 1/2 assistant to join its London team.
We are a friendly, young practice established in 2014, based in west London and Cardiff with projects across the UK. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated assistant to join our team in London on a full-time, permanent basis. Projects will include car parking/infrastructure, public realm, healthcare and residential on a range of scales. Everybody in the team is involved in design decisions and you will have the freedom to come up with your own concepts and ideas. You will also be involved in client, consultant and planning meetings.
Our office is a relaxed, dynamic, dog-friendly environment in a creative business hub next to Ravenscourt Park with good public transport links.
Essential requirements:
- experience of modelling in Revit
- great rendering and visualisation skills
- enthusiasm and initiative
- good graphical and written presentation
Bonus points:
- previous experience in a practice environment
- knowledge of Grasshopper
- experience of making physical models
