Tom Dixon is looking for an e-commerce and fulfilment assistant to join its team in London.

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic e-commerce and fulfilment assistant to support with the maintenance of our global websites and manage the retail order flow. You will play a key role in supporting the digital team as we grow our online presence. This is a full-time role based in London and reports into our e-commerce operations executive.

About the role
Your role will assist in maintaining the product catalogue across our global websites and ensuring all website content is relevant. Working alongside our customer service and IT teams, your role will also be pivotal in ensuring a smooth flow of Tom Dixon online services.
More specifically you will be responsible for:
- website administration – you’ll uphold the relevancy of all online content, including our T&Cs, pricing, URLs and SEO. In addition, you will assist in maintaining our online product catalogue, technical information and contact details across all global websites
- retail order management – our role will be responsible for ensuring all orders placed through our website and stores are passed accurately into our ERP system and processed efficiently and against KPI’s. You will also identify stock errors daily across our website and 3rd party online vendors
- customer service – you will assist the one channel customer services team in monitoring and resolving customer enquiries. You will also support the operations, IT to proactively combat potential issues and ensure 100% customer satisfaction and smooth flow of TD online services
A successful first six months in this role will see you maintain the website integrity through gaining a comprehensive understanding of internal systems and an in-depth product knowledge. Furthermore, you will successfully achieve efficient order fulfilment and support Tom Dixon’s customer services and IT teams in offering the best possible service.
About you
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who is motivated to build their career within the design and furniture industry. With a keen eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment to tight deadlines, they will have excellent Microsoft Excel skills and or web service program experience and be used to managing large volumes of data, ideally with a known erp stock management system.

- excellent written and spoken communication skills
- self-motivated with a pro-active attitude
- ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing tasks
- the aptitude to build strong relationships with key departments and stakeholder
- proficient in Microsoft Excel
- knowledge of Magento, Google Analytics and Microsoft Navision is beneficial
