Experienced Part-II architectural assistant
Sam Jacob Studio is looking for a talented and experienced Part-II architectural assistant to join its team.
The Part-II architectural assistant will work on projects that currently include mixed use, cultural and exhibition projects.
The role offers an opportunity to work on a range of exciting schemes across all RIBA stages as an integral part of our tight knit team.
The position requires:
- a high level of design competency
- good technical knowledge and experience of detailing
- understanding of UK planning and building regulations
- some job running/client facing experience
- experience of Vectorworks desirable
- excellent Photoshop and visualisation skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- self starter and able to take the initiative when required
Most of all we require dedication and desire to work within the studio to develop and deliver projects with high design aspirations.
Candidates should hold all relevant permits to work in the UK and have a minimum of one year post Part-II experience.
