Technical architect
at Nissen Richards Studio
Nissen Richards Studio is looking for a technical architect to join its firm in London.
We are a London-based design studio that evolved from a collaboration between architecture and theatre design. Today, we are a multidisciplinary practice that works across architecture, exhibitions, graphic design, theatre, story-telling, film and animation. At its core, our work is about creating spaces that stimulate experiences.
We are looking for a technically proficient architect with two to five years’ post-Part 3 experience to work on the technical delivery of a medium-scale residential project, with potential opportunities to work on further residential and cultural projects in the UK and worldwide.
Key requirements:
- experience of RIBA Stages 4-6
- excellent design skills and technical proficiency
- experience on medium and large scale residential projects
- good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and UK housing standards
- good working knowledge of Vectorworks Architect and BIM
Salary dependent upon experience.
