Cotswolds, UK
Part 3 architect
at Fleming Architects

Fleming Architects has a vacancy for a Part 3 architect to become part of its team in the Cotswolds, UK.

An established Cotswolds-based architecture practice specialising in traditional architecture has an opportunity for a confident part iii architect that has the necessary skills to work across all RIBA Stages (0-7) on new build and existing schemes.

The ideal candidate would be good at hand drawing and presentation, but with all the usual CAD and computer skills needed to run a project.

We encompass extensions, replacement dwellings, conversions, listed buildings, farms and farmsteads, mostly in residential but a few projects in the retail or commercial area which tap into our knowledge of the local vernacular. We also work on contemporary projects, and the ideal candidate would have an ability with both, but not essential. You will gain exposure to projects throughout the practice and have the chance to run your own projects.

Our client list is top-end, but we pride ourselves on having a discreet public profile. Currently the team is 11-strong and works well together, with each member bringing their own particular skills and talent. There are lots of social activities and the practice itself is set in a beautiful barn conversion surrounded by nature.

Self-starters with a wide gamut of skills and the ability and passion to adapt quickly are encouraged to send their CV/portfolio in without delay.
