OHLAB has an opportunity for a senior architect to join its practice in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

OHLAB is a young, award-winning architecture and interior design office currently involved in a new exciting and diverse portfolio of projects.

OHLAB is looking for a talented and experienced senior architect.

Requirements:

• six-eight years’ minimum of post-graduate experience in architecture, interior design, construction and project management in Spain
• international experience is a plus
• ability to lead teams, collaborate and coordinate with other firms and public organizations
• strong in AutoCAD, presto (or similar), InDesign, Project, Photoshop and 3D (preferably 3ds Max and V-Ray)
• fluent in English and Spanish
• with experience and skills in producing and coordinating design development and construction documents (Proyecto Básico y Proyecto de Ejecución) drawings sets, quantity bills (mediciones) and permits
• extensive experience with Spanish code regulations, general planning and construction process
• residential projects, hotel and retail experience
• comfortable in working under pressure with tight time frames
