Architectural technician

Burrell Foley Fischer is looking for an architectural technician to join its London studio.
We are a long-established practice working across arts, education, housing, conservation and cultural projects.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with at least five years’ experience who will enjoy developing bespoke, inventive detailing that contributes to the high quality of our built portfolio. Vectorworks 3D skills are desirable and experience of BIM preferred.
Ideally you will have some experience of working on social housing projects and have the following:
- Photoshop and InDesign skills
- good knowledge of London planning and building regulations
- excellent design and spatial planning skills
- a proven understanding of detailing, and delivery of tender packages
- good time management skills and organised working methods
- able to prioritise challenging deadlines and work independently on own initiative, while also able to take instruction
- excellent written and spoken English
- confident communicator, able to liaise with clients, contractors and project consultants
Salary is based on experience.
