Integration is a young, ambitious building service and environmental design practice based above the vibrant Exmouth Market in the heart of the Clerkenwell, London’s premiere design district.
Currently a team of 20 operate from the London headquarters working on UK and international projects with leading architects and supported by satellite studios in Belgrade and Spain,

Job role
We have made great progress and are seeking a practice/office manager for the journey to new and bright horizons for further growth, success and prosperity.
This role is integral to the future success of the business. It is multi-faceted, connecting with all management and administrative activity, including close rapport with the senior management team, all technical and support staff members, advisors, guests and visitors.

- business management – supporting board-level planning, monitoring, reporting and management including agenda setting and minute taking. With the aim to be something special as an organisation and accordingly to find better ways of being a business
- team recruitment, retention and development (HR) – supporting the business to deliver people-related processes, vision and strategy across the company, aligned with legal requirements, within relaxed, productive, fully-supported studios
- financial overview – with director of finance, accounts assistant and external accountant
- office management – overseeing the day-to-day operation, the reception and managing an admin assistant
- marketing and business winning – multiple aspects including development of social media strategy and implementation, liaising with external PR agency, assisting with bids, event organisation and marketing material production requiring writing and word-smithing skills
- quality management system (QMS) – system development and maintenance
Requirements
The successful applicant is likely to be ambitious for themselves and the organisation, a good communicator and listener, motivated and motivating, confident and capable with good energy as well as being someone who enjoys taking care of a busy team.
