Interior architect
at Ros Interior

Ros Interior has an opening for an interior architect to join it firm in London.

Due to the increased demand from clients our studio is looking for a new colleague to work on mainly residential and occasionally commercial projects.

Working as part of our architectural team, your duties will include:

  • taking full detailed surveys of existing buildings
  • design and draw construction plans (based on planning permission drawings received)
  • design and draw detailed lighting, electric and plumbing plans

Expectations:

  • past experience in residential and commercial projects
  • qualification in interior design/architecture
  • strong technical detailing abilities to produce construction drawings
  • advanced skills in 2D presentation of plans
  • proficiency in AutoCAD
  • fluent written and spoken English
  • good communication skills
  • hard-working, responsible, able to work under pressure

Advantage:

  • knowledge of ArchiCAD
  • good skills in 3D presentation – SketchUp/3ds Max
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

What we offer

The studio provides a competitive salary for the right candidate (based on experience), furthermore offers 26 days paid holiday per a year.

Professional experience: minimum one to three years
