Who are we?
We are Resi Design, a London-based team that is changing how residential architecture works in the UK. We bring technology to an industry dominated by email, phone calls and spreadsheets. That means we can offer professional-grade architecture packages to our customers 10 times faster and 10 times cheaper than a traditional architect.
Founded by the former founders of Hassle.com, Resi Design has grown rapidly since its launch in December 2016 and we are now a team of over 70 people based in Brixton. We are now looking to expand the team, adding the right people who can help us take the next step forward.

Who are we looking for?
We have a fun, dynamic team located in Brixton. Currently, we’re a modest-sized team of 60, but we are growing quickly and on the hunt for a residential architectural designer/technician. Residential experience is vital.
We operate an online platform to service our clients and we pride ourselves on providing a cost-effective and efficient product. We are a service orientated organisation, where you will be supported by an incredible product team, a dynamic sales team and ambitious designers. With over 500 projects completed since the start of 2017, we are quickly establishing ourselves as one of the largest practices in the UK.
We have a fun, dynamic team, located in Brixton. Currently, we are growing quickly, and are on the hunt for someone who loves to draw with a very keen eye for detail. Our office is both accessible and we are willing to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate successful candidates.
You will be responsible for producing architectural drawings (technical/building regulations plan, elevations and sections).
The role:
- work with our consultation team to determine project requirements, feasibility and cost estimates
- assist in preparing existing building plans where plans are not available
- perform original design work utilising specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs
- help coordinate projects through their different stages of development
- provide general support to the architects and broader management staff
It is key in this role to have a desire to learn and contribute to a dynamic environment.
We are looking for the following attributes, but attitude is paramount:
- excellent CAD skills – Microstation, SketchUp is preferable (experience with Revit and Vectorworks will be considered)
- good technical/building regulations knowledge
- a solid understanding of design
- minimum of 1 year within the residential sector
