Experienced Part 2 architectural technician/technologist
at HAPA Architects
HAPA Architects is seeking an experienced Part 2 architectural technician/technologist to join its firm in Brighton, UK.
We are a multi-disciplinary practice based in the heart of Brighton. We are currently seeking an architectural technician/technologist/Part 2 with a minimum of five years’ experience to join our team. You will need to have an excellent understanding of the building regulations and detailed design knowledge.
We are a small practice and you will be working closely with the company directors and will be expected to design projects from planning through to construction.
Applicant requirements:
- ability to work on multiple projects
- ability to produce high-quality drawing packages for all stages
- good communication skills
- be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of technical construction and
- detailing
- well versed in current building regulations
- minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience
- experience in residential, hotels, domestic development sector would be preferable
Software skills:
- must have excellent knowledge of Vectorworks
- be competent in Microsoft Office, Adobe drawing programmes and SketchUp
Salary: £26-30k (dependent on experience)
