Reddy Architecture + Urbanism is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant/Part 3 architect to join its growing London-based team.

Reddy Architecture is a firm of architects and design professionals providing a comprehensive range of design services from our offices in the UK, Ireland and associated offices in Europe, the Middle East and the USA.
Founded over 30 years ago, our work spans many sectors, disciplines and building types. Our expertise in the residential, commercial office and healthcare sectors, coupled with our extensive experience in the education, leisure, and industrial sectors has brought us widespread recognition, with many projects garnering awards.
We are currently committed to several exciting schemes, ranging from large and complex urban masterplan projects to more intimate interior spaces and fit-outs; bringing to each the same commitment to quality through our energetic attention to detail, in the pursuit of design excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- participate in design development, working on residential and commercial
- projects in the UK and Europe, from pre-planning through RIBA Stages 3-5, under the direction of an associate, associate director and/or director
- run packages under the direction of a project associate and/or associate, during the preparation of tender information, RIBA Stages 3 and 4
- lead accurate design coordination across multiple packages, under the direction of a project associate and/or associate, in collaboration with prestigious developer clients, consultants and contractor teams in both the UK and Europe
Skills and experience:
- experienced RIBA Part 2/recently qualified Part 3 (ARB-registered), with a minimum of three years’ practice experience
- exceptional design portfolio, demonstrating a passion for architecture
an ability to think creatively with evidence of strong design skills
experience working on residential mixed-use and commercial office projects - demonstrable experience running packages at RIBA Stage 4 is beneficial
- proficient Revit skills
- good working knowledge of AutoCAD is beneficial
- Adobe CC skills are required, specifically InDesign and Photoshop
- thorough and conscientious, with a keen eye for detail and presentation
- excellent time management skills, with the ability to organise concurrent deadlines
- self-motivated with the initiative to work independently or as part of a team
- excellent communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English
- proof of eligibility to work in the UK
