Project architect
Formed Architects & Designers is looking for an architect to join its team in London.
The architect should have a vision and passion to join our creative and rapidly growing architectural agency.

What we are looking for in our new team member:
- experienced and knowledgeable architect with a minimum of three years post Part-III qualification
- UK planning and statutory legislation knowledge
- design flair and considered detailing knowledge
- skills in specification writing
- project management experience during construction stage
- ideally with experience with a specialism in residential design. Master planning and urban design experience will also be a bonus
Requirements:
- RIBA Part-III qualified with a minimum of three years post Part-III qualification industry experience
- strong portfolio to prove architectural design skills
- visual and spatial awareness and a meticulous eye for detail
- a good understanding of construction and detailing, building regulations and quality standards
- excellent hand drawing skills and proficiency with design software — SketchUp, Revit and AutoCAD
- strong imagination
- excellent written and verbal communication, and project management skills
- fluent use of the Microsoft Office suite.
- tech savvy with a desire to explore innovation
- highly organised and a can-do attitude

- a confident individual who works quickly and effectively, understands how to prioritise and can juggle multiple jobs concurrently at different stages with additional support from the team
- Creative in problem-solving
- able to work well as part of a team
