Surman Weston is recruiting for a project architect to join its growing team in London.
Surman Weston are an award-winning London based practice working across a broad range of typologies. We develop and deliver designs that are highly contextually sensitive, with careful consideration of materiality, construction technique, use and function.
We are looking for highly motivated applicants with experience in designing and delivering design-led high-quality projects across all RIBA job stages. The successful applicant will be working on and running a range of new projects. Projects starting shortly include; Phase two of the Hackney School of Food, new build houses in Peckham and Devon, and a meanwhile restaurant and workspace, among others.
Key skills:
- exceptional design ability
- experience running projects through all RIBA job stages
- experience liaising with and presenting to clients
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- AutoCAD and Rhino experience desirable
- contract administration experience desirable
