Senior architectural technologist

MSMR is seeking a senior architectural technologist to join its team in London.
We are a leading residential architecture studio with an impressive track record of building and maintaining long term relationships with the world’s leading developers. MSMR is an employee-owned trust.
We are looking to recruit a talented, creative senior architectural technologist with a strong ‘design eye’ to work on residential and hotel projects with a focus on high end/bespoke design. Project size is wide-ranging from mews properties, apartments and penthouses to large apartment buildings and mixed-use schemes £1.0-£50.0M construction value. Salary £40,000-£46,000 depending on experience plus benefits.
Key requirements:
- minimum of five years’ UK experience
- strong design ability including detail/technical design and delivery
- excellent graphic skills
- conversant with current UK regulations
- will most likely have worked in a medium-sized practice specialising in prime residential or other high specification bespoke projects (e.g. hotel/heritage)
- confident in both client-facing and contractor facing roles
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident, approachable, strong team player
