The candidate must have a strong interest in aviation or transport design to
join its London aviation team to work on a leading five-star carrier.

PearsonLloyd is a multi-award-winning product, furniture and innovation design studio run from a studio in Shoreditch, east London. The agency designs products, systems and environments for the home, workplace, transport and healthcare sectors.
Its close relationship with clients including consumer brands, manufacturers and retailers has given the agency unparalleled experience in understanding the needs of users and the demands of the business.
Recent projects include; the new business class seat and cabin design for Lufthansa, Virgin Voyages cruise ship cabin design, products for the Intelligent Waste Brand generated for JosephJoseph, new projects for Allermuir, Teknion and TAKT.
The studio is looking for a talented and passionate designer who has experience ideally on aviation projects or complex industrial design projects and can work well within a team structure.
We are looking for someone who has:
- a BA, BSC or MA in transport or product design
- a minimum of five years’ BA/BSC or three years’ MA professional experience post-graduation
- a passion for problem-solving
- in-depth knowledge in the design and production of complex products and environments
- exceptional 3D-modelling skills using SolidWorks
- experience in working on complex large-scale projects involving multi-agency teams
- experience in design thinking and UX strategy
- excellent internal and external communication skills
- the ability to thrive in a busy environment and work well under pressure
- fluent verbal and written English
- the legal right to work in the UK and travel in Europe and the USA
