Bond Bryan is looking for a project architect to join its studio in London.
Bond Bryan is an AJ100 Practice with established studios in London, Westerham, Sheffield and Birmingham.
Due to an exciting and expanding workload, our London studio in Clerkenwell – just a few minutes’ walk from Farringdon station – is looking for a project architect/project technologist to join their already established, creative and growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious project architect/project technologist, with a proven track record of working on multiple projects across a variety of sectors – to join a thriving practice with an exciting and constantly expanding portfolio of work.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ (post-qualification) experience and be ARB/MCIAT registered.
The ability to manage/lead a small team internally – and a wider design team of external consultants, is essential, along with experience of running projects, from the early design stages through to completion. A strong understanding of design, as well as a strong and practical knowledge of construction techniques and detailing, is also required.
Bond Bryan utilise ArchiCAD as their authoring tool, so experience of this software is preferred (although not essential). A working knowledge and experience of working on, leading and delivering BIM Level 2 projects will also be favoured.
