Description
Winick Architects (WA+D) is an architectural firm seeking a highly motivated, dynamic designer/architect with six-eight years of experience to join our Santa Barbara studio, full-time. Experience in custom residential and luxury retail is a bonus, but not required. Our collaborative office environment offers great growth potential for motivated individuals who are looking to advance their careers. Our work is exciting and diverse from high-end retail in Honolulu to contemporary and traditional residential work throughout California.
WA+D offers a highly creative, collaborative studio atmosphere. We are an office of self-motivated designers that are engaged in creating solutions.
Requirements:
- bachelor or master degree in architecture
- six-eight minimum years of relevant architecture experience
- experience in all phases of design process, from concept to construction
- strong communication skills
- highly organised
- willingness to learn and grow
- ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
- 3D modelling and rendering is a plus
- professional registration is a plus
