Benedetti Architects is hiring a part-time Part 3 architect in London.
Benedetti Architects is seeking a highly motivated and organised part-time Part 3 experienced architect with a minimum of 10 years’ UK experience and construction knowledge of historic buildings to work on our BAFTA project.
Applicants must be fully compliant with Vectorworks 2D/3D and ideally with a working level of SketchUp, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential as are NBS specification writing and site experience.
Availability to start immediately would be ideal. Salary will be competitive and dependent on experience and number of days available per week. Proof of eligibility to work without restrictions will be required.

BAFTA overview
Comprehensive improvements and expansion of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts, Grade II-Listed headquarters at 195 Piccadilly, W1. Expansion includes new top floor by restoring, raising and re-integrating two large Victorian rooflight spaces and decorative plasterwork, lost for 40 years, from the original 1883 galleries of the Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours.
